Payments and refunds

Cash checkout is Stripe. PayPal is not connected; choosing it explains that and continues with Stripe. Credits are added in this browser only after the payment is verified. The 10 starter credits are not a purchase.

Paid packs

A pricing button opens Stripe Checkout for that plan. Cash is that Stripe charge. PayPal is not connected on this studio, so that choice explains the gap and opens the same Stripe checkout instead of stopping. If this deployment has no Stripe secret, the button says checkout is not configured and does not add credits. Refunds for a completed Stripe payment are handled in the Stripe dashboard by the operator of this Worker.

Provider charges

If your provider bills a successful or failed render, that charge is between you and the provider. This studio cannot refund a third-party invoice.

How a refund is requested

Write to the operator of this Worker and include the Stripe receipt. Starter credits are not refundable because they are not a charge. Credits already spent on a render are not returned by this page.
